If you live in Singapore, you’ve definitely heard of Huawei – Chinese company renowned for doing networking infrastructure worldwide which became famous in the little red dot by bringing in non-camera phones our army boys could bring into camp. Over the past five years, Huawei surprised consumers and competitors alike by upping their game and creating really, really good looking premium phones. On Monday, they’ll be unveiling their latest phone in Munich; but this time round, they’re going to power it with a processor that uses ground-breaking technology – a new chip called a Neural Processing Unit which Huawei promises fantastic AI performance on a phone.
